VIRTUAL PORTRAIT-INVASION PROJECT

“Virtual Portrait——Invasion Project” is an electric video installation that allows physical body to interact with electric image, the main part of the artwork is a triplex daily building, when the audience enters the specific area, the houses would respond accordingly in a wild but controllable explosion and crush. The audience is the hero, rendering the houses with emotional explosion. An everyday worn-out house thus indulges itself in carefree expression.

The speed and crushing generated by the interactive image have given the interaction of Virtual Portrait of runway experience. The audience has turned object fixed in virtual space into scattered fragments.
